Discover the newly revamped Royal Suite at Four Seasons Boston, a blend of luxury and modern style in the heart of the city.

A year after revamping its ground floor communal areas and dining venue, Four Seasons Hotel Boston proudly presents its newly overhauled Royal Suite. This 2,590-square-foot (241 square meter) space has been transformed into a modern interpretation of the traditional Boston brownstone.

The redesigned Royal Suite now features a blend of grandeur and cozy atmospheres, ideal for both living comfortably and hosting gatherings in a prime Boston location. Positioned on the sixth floor, the suite overlooks the historic Public Garden, establishing a remarkable connection with the city’s most prized park. The suite’s large windows throughout the living areas offer stunning views of the park, the iconic Beacon Hill, and Boston’s skyline.

“Our new Royal Suite is inspired by the exquisite townhomes in our Back Bay neighbourhood, which balance architectural tradition with a modern point of view,” says Michael Pedder, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Boston. “The look and feel are residential, with spaces that flow for relaxation and entertaining. It’s the details that set this suite apart – from the abundance of creature comforts to the little touches that make a guest feel truly at home. We look forward to welcoming guests to the new Royal Suite.”

The newly revamped Royal Suite at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, crafted by Niemitz Design Group, Inc., stands out with its vibrant colors, classical architectural nuances, modern furnishings, and a spacious residential layout. The centerpiece of this suite is the Great Room, a 729-square-foot (68 square meter) space designed for socializing, featuring a large U-shaped sectional, a sleek marble fireplace, and expansive windows and French doors that brighten the space with natural light and provide a sweeping view of the garden.

This versatile Great Room can effortlessly host a casual family game night or an elegant cocktail party for up to 25 people. It includes a marble bar with four seats, fully stocked with top-shelf spirits such as Coterie gin, specially crafted for the hotel by Short Path Distillery in Everett, Massachusetts. The bar area, highlighted by custom blue-painted millwork and shelves adorned with curated books and decorative items, offers guests complimentary refreshments.

The dining room, perfect for private celebrations or family meals, accommodates up to 12 guests. It features grasscloth walls and blue painted molding, a gold-veined ceiling, and striking pendant lights that enhance the ambiance, especially against the city’s night lights.

For movie enthusiasts, the suite offers a private Cinema Room with plush velvet banquettes, leather chairs in a theater arrangement, a state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen sound system, and Apple TV, making it ideal for watching films or binge-watching TV shows. Complimentary popcorn and snacks akin to those found in the hotel’s legendary Vaults snack pantries add to the experience.

The bedroom serves as a peaceful haven with a custom-made Wyoming King bed, draped in exclusive Four Seasons linens and placed before large windows that offer picturesque views of the Public Garden. The suite also boasts a luxurious marble bathroom and a large dressing room with a vanity area.

For those who enjoy lingering over morning coffee or have late-night cravings, the suite’s pantry kitchen is stocked with drinks and treats from a local confectioner, with beverages from Sottovento, the hotel’s upscale coffee bar, available at no charge. Additionally, guests of the Royal Suite have exclusive access to the Sanctuary, a sunlit garden courtyard for outdoor relaxation or dining, complete with comprehensive in-room dining services available throughout the day.
