Boston’s Allston Yards mixed-use development is welcoming a brand new Stop & Shop, along with the Alder residential community: a 165-unit residential community located directly above the new 52,000 sq.-ft. grocery store within the 10.6-acre property.

The multi-phase Allston Yards project, spearheaded by New England Development and managed by Bozzuto, includes 117,000 sq. ft. of retail with a mix of new stores and restaurants, including the new Stop & Shop. With nearly 900 residences, 350,000 sq. ft. of office and lab space, and a one-acre community green, Allston Yards has been designed as a “walkable community with open space and an ideal location” for retailers, restaurants, office and life-science tenants, fitness, and services.

Alder offers residents a full-service concierge, secured package room, bike and private storage, a fitness center and barre studio, billiards and game tables, a lounge and outdoor deck with a firepit, and a library and workstations. The building is pet-friendly and includes a pet spa and landscaped courtyard. Garage parking spaces are available on site with EV charging stations and EV-ready spaces.
